Our quality system turns around the systematic recording of events called "Anomaly Management" and a real-time activity indicator known as the "Event Path"; each activity is listed and described. The system is closely monitored through the Quality Director up to the complete transaction of each event.

 

Anamaly Management is the backbone of the way the Company functions, confirmed by the internal adage : if it is'nt written it remains unsaid.

 

Over 2 000 anomalies are processed each year, written by clients, suppliers, and employees alike.

In addition dedicated software monitors production costs and lead times. In this way, we can measure daily any discrepancy between provisional selling price and real production cost, provisional lead time and real time, stocks and production capability.

The aim of this policy is the ideal "zero fault" and attaining the following goals :

  • In commercial matters : listening to the client
  • In economical matters : an honest profit and reduced production costs
  • In organisational matters : subsidiarity and the elimination of repetitive tasks
