The RESTOMOBIL is a patented design providing a fully operating restaurant contained in 2 trucks:
- one half trailer for the 200-seat, 176 sqm dining room,
- one half trailer for the kitchen, cloackroom and toilet facilities.

- glass fibre/polyester sandwich panel construction imparting thermal insulation and mechanical stiffness to the structure,
- accessibility for handicapped persons,
- oak parquet floor,
- variable volume air conditioning,
- high performance sound proofing
- double glazing
The RESTAURANT half trailer accomodation 200 diners in a 176 sqm dining room.
The dining-room is assembled in 2 and 1/2 hours.
The second half trailer provides :
- toilets
- professional kitchen
- 2500 litres clean water supply
- self contained generator set
- cloakroom
- cold storage room
