The composite-dedicated machining centre equipped with 6 axis displacement and seven machining heads enables to have a flexible production-line of composite materials working on diverse materials :

- Foams and diverse expanded materials
- Ply wood and fibre and particulate boards
- Aluminium or thermoformables sheets or extrusion above all,
- GFRP laminates.

A machining centre 3 axes, 3 machining heads 1 m x 1.20 x 0.1 m.

The three workshops specialized in composite materials, covering over 5500m2, are all equipped with overhead cranes. The main workshop containing 720 m2 of moulds is specialised in vacuum moulding sandwich panels up to 15 m x 3,30 m x 0,2 m and 280 m2 of forming moulding and comprises :

- automatic polyurethane injection machines,
- automatic gelcoat spray machines
- automatic GFRP machine
- automatic polyurethane adhesive spraying machine - overhead cranes, equipped with 2 winch, capacity 2 tonnes and covering 5000 m2
- 15 ml x 3,30 ml and 13 ml x 2,70 ml moulds
- Foam block sawing machine 1.5 m x 3 m x 1.2 m
- Horizontal saw
