toutenkamion has powerfull design tools :

- 11 computers online CAD system,
- Design of structures using finite element analysis, Unix on HP workstation developed by Framasoft, Mefmosaïc is used for isotropic materials and COMPOSIC for composite materials.

Those calculations allow us to justify our choices and to foresee our testing results :

- Computer-based management of suppliers documentation
- Computer-base management of purchasing information - Computer-based management of quality assurance documents,
- Large-3-D setting-out table computer –linked to the numerically controlled machining centre working directly under our CAD software through a post-processor by toutenkamion’s own programmers.
- Interactive analytical accounting is integrated into Q.A.plans, lead times and a weekly update of simulated factory load.

Alls these means, enables toutenkamion to realise huge developments which require to implement and coordinate all the workforce skills


Alls these tasks and coordination are under the responsibility of :

- the “Craft chief” (responsible for a particular skill)
- the “truck chief” who is one of the 10 Craft chief and who has the responsibility to head the teams actually working on the trucks, and to coordinate one or two trucks and their corresponding data.
