Specificities of this unit

This mobile kitchen fully equipped by us integrates positive cold storage elements, an electric professional kitchen and a washing station allowing the preparation of 100 rations. 

Its quick implementation allows an immediate deployment for security forces into theatre of operations. 

It is supplied with a 80kVA power generator on a trailer to ensure a complete autonomy.

The whole set is subject to a periodic control by the French Direction of Sanitary and Veterinary Services.

This mobile restaurant is composed of a set of two semitrailers able to receive and offer a complete high quality catering service up to 200 people at the same time in a top of the range and comfortable environment complying with the most drastic hygiene and safety rules. Its deployment principle offering a 170sqm floor area in a perfectly closed space is patented.

Specificities of this unit

The restaurant room was designed with particularly insulating composite materials. Its deployment time is around 4h00, and allows the reception of 200 seated guests in an atypical environment which perfectly competes with the traditional banquet halls. 

The efficiency of the insulation and of air-conditionning and heating systems allows its use in every season all over Europe in an inequalled level of comfort for a "mobile unit". 

The restaurant room on extensible semitrailer is coming together with a second extensible semitrailer equipped with an adapted kitchen, a cold room and toilets. 

Both semitrailers, connected together, are offering a single set of mobile catering, with a quick deployment, complying with the strictest requirements in terms of hygiene and safety. 

The whole set is compliant with the French public-access building rules and allows the reception of handicapped people and people with reduced mobility.
